One of the most inconvenient parts of throwing a family event is the fact that you don’t want to miss any moment of it but at the same time you want to be able to take pictures of everything. Most parents struggle with this issue and often hiring a photographer isn’t the cheapest option when throwing a party. Of course, if you are able to hire a professional photographer, do so, and have someone that can cover the entire event without you having to worry about it. However, some people don’t have this opportunity and they still want to be very present during the party, for that reason here are some possible options of how to get family event pictures without missing the festivity. Make sure that even in your kids party, you are using all of your best parenting skills.
Another fun idea for taking pictures without you having to do it yourself, is by buying disposable cameras and setting them around the tables or giving them to all of your guests. Make the act of taking pictures a sign saying for your guests, but at the same time have them return them towards the end of the party oh, so that you can look at them later and have a lot of moments of the party without you having missed a second of it
Have a designated photographer/guest
Another interesting thing that you can do is have a designated guest that enjoys taking pictures and have them take on the responsibility I’m taking pictures during the entire event. If it is a birthday party or any type of Celebration tell your guest that what you would like as a gift is to have them as your photographer during the party. This way you don’t have to pay them, and you can still have pictures without missing the party.
Give your camera to someone
The best thing that you can do is give your camera to someone. It doesn’t have to be just one person, but make sure that you pass around your phone or your digital camera are on your desk so they can capture the friend moments during the party for you. It is a great idea to give your camera to numerous guests this way they won’t feel overwhelmed or obligated to take pictures during the entire event.
Only pose for photos before the event
It can be very overwhelming to constantly post her photos during the entire party. The main point of having a celebration is being present in the moment and enjoying it fully. For that reason, if you want to have some photos with certain people, friends or family members, make sure you post these photos before the event even begins. As soon as people start arriving, set up your tripod, or have someone take pictures for you, however do it at the beginning so you don’t miss a moment during the party. Make sure that the pictures that are taken during the events are candid and right on the moment.
