Your email address
By creating an Infantium account and providing your email address, we inform you that this information pass to be part of an automated file owned by the company INFANTIUM, S.L. and is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
By creating an Infantium account you agree to receive the following communications.
1. We will send you an email confirming your account creation
2. We will send you emails when your child achieves certain milestones in the personal pathway such as completing a given cognitive indicator.
3. We will send emails containing information about the Infantium cognitive development program such as parent and teacher’s tips, personal recommended offline activities, or new content available.
4. We may send you emails regarding other educational products developed by Infantium.
5. We may alert you if there is an issue with your account or any other circumstance that could result in a disruption of service.
At any time, you may choose to stop receiving these communications by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. We will always honour your request to remove you from the list in a timely manner.
Your child’s username
A “username” is a nickname that you create for each child who uses Infantium. This username can be fictional and does not include the child’s family name. (Using a fictional username can help protect the child’s identity.) It is used solely for the purpose of personalizing and adapting content and personalizing the performance and progress information for you. Infantium will not, under any circumstances, use the username for the purpose of advertising products to you or your child.
The child’s birthday
This information is not required by Infantium in order to provide the service. It is designed solely to compare the child’s performance with the results rate of children of a similar age and to recommend –in the personal pathway –the best content adjusted to needs, strengths and age. This information will not be sold or rented and will not be used to advertise products to you or your child.
Your child’s learning profile
Infantium develops a complex cognitive analysis and profile of the kid by using Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Technology to personalize his/her learning with the right content delivered in the right time, in real time. Because we track the learning progress and profile, we collect data on each child’s usage of various digital contents in Infantium. Except when providing this information to you, we only use this usage data in an aggregate, anonymous way. This data allows Infantium to provide your child with the appropriate level of challenge, personalizing the learning process and also helps us to evaluate the efficacy of each piece of content connected to the platform. Infantium’ policy is to retain profile data for as long as feasible (generally several years or longer) in order to enable users to keep having access to this information If you wish Infantium to permanently erase this data, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Children under the age of 18
Infantium requires that a parent, teacher, or legal guardian register for Infantium and manage the account, we inform you that this information pass to be part of an automated file owned by the company INFANTIUM, S.L. and is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Infantium is not intended to collect personally identifying information from any person aged under 18. Infantium will not, under any circumstances, ask your child to enter any personal information on Infantium.
Infantium contains no advertising or product placement.
A cookie is information that Infantium may put on your tablet’s hard drive so that Infantium can automatically sign you in so that you do not have to enter a username and password each time you use the application. No personal information is ever stored in an Infantium cookie, even if you have entered personal information in other parts of Infantium.
